Stuff To Say

I'm down here in New Mexico filming for the next few weeks. But I will update often. It's a comedy called "Employee of the Month" and I am starring in it alongside Jessica Simpson. For 2 weeks we've been working with some of the most talented ensemble including my boy Harland Williams, Dax Shepard and Andy Dick. Everyone is really stepping up and I know for my first lead role in a film this is what you have all been hoping I do. A perfect blend of all areas of my stand up comedy on film.
The other day someone was asking how I remain so positve much of the time. So upbeat. Okay. I pity / loathe negative, bitter, jealous, cynical assholes. I try to find the good in whatever I do or what ever happens to me. Life sometimes fucks me in the ass (like anyone) and that don't make me smile for sure but I'm not gonna take away from someone else because I got rained on. I do comedy. My comedy. I'm one of the hardest working guys out there. I expect nothing but growth each and every time I hit the stage. I don't mail it in and I keep my routine original and exciting for me and you. I've survived 16 years doing it and feel more accomplished in the last few years than you could ever know. I share that with my family and my fans. I am an entertainer and I suck at anything else I've ever tried outside of it. This is my gift and it's also my passion. I truly enjoy performing. No one can take away from me what I've earned and that is that. People who complain about it or hate on it are just wishing they could do what I do.
I've lost. I try again and move a bit forward. I've failed. I refuse to let that define me. I've learned from those mistakes and from there I made them into my win. I'm happy to make the masses laugh. Until my ride is over I'm digging the whole journey.
